With Gen Z becoming a top priority for many brands, companies are increasingly jumping on trends, viral moments, and Gen Z humor to capture our attention. However, while brands may be noticing us, they’re not truly connecting—only 8% of Gen Z feels that brands genuinely understand our generation.
To bridge this gap, we created "THE KALEIDOSCOPE," our own top 100 under 30—a diverse group of 100 Gen Z individuals, ranging from medical students and high schoolers to major influencers and chart-topping artists. We leverage their perspectives to ensure we’re always in sync with the pulse of our generation.
We consult with Kaleidoscope members daily to discuss creative ideas and strategies across everything we do—a practice we've maintained since the company's founding. Now, as part of our offerings, we conduct surveys and roundtable discussions with focus groups from Kaleidoscope.
